The Dusk Til Dawn Festival on OETA

On Feb 6, 2023, OETA aired a segment on Rentiesville, OK, and featured our own Dusk Til Dawn Blues Festival. This was part of their recognition of Black History Month and included a series of reports from their staff on Oklahoma’s “Black Frontier Towns,”

Their objective was to highlight each of the 13 that remain, and throughout the year, and provide a better perspective on their past, present and future – and why they are such a vital and rich part of Oklahoma’s history. Our event opened the first episode.
